1. If you believe your Fox Valley Savings Bank Check Card has been lost or stolen, please call the following number immediately.

(800) 554-8969: Report Lost or Stolen FVSB Check Card

2. Please call a Fox Valley Savings Bank Customer Service Representative during normal business hours to order a new card.
