- Select 'Manage Cards' from the Menu on the Accounts Home Page.
- Select your card.
- Select 'Report Lost or Stolen Card' to report your card lost or stolen, this service is available 24/7.
- Click on the final green button 'Report Card Lost/Stolen.'
- Call your local FVSBank branch the next business day to order a new debit card
