Health Insurance

In addition to the core health, dental and vision benefits we provide, we also offer both Health Savings and  Health Reimbursement Account programs.

Wellbeing, Fitness & Health Improvement Benefits

FVSBank offers fitness and health improvement programs including a digital wellness platform.

Retirement and Financial Security:

Basic Life and AD&D insurance coverage that is provided to eligible associates are paid for by the Bank. You also have the ability to enroll in Supplemental Life Insurance, Voluntary Accident Insurance, and Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance for additional coverage.

Short and Long Term Disability coverage that is provided to eligible associates is paid for by the Bank. These additional benefits protect your income in the event of an unexpected illness or injury.

FVSBank also provides a 401(k) plan to help you save for retirement. FVSBank matches 50% up to the first 4% of pay that an eligible associate contributes to the plan through salary deferral.

FVSBank also makes an annual Profit Sharing contribution based on the Bank’s performance.

Time Away from Work:

FVSBank believes it’s important for you to have the flexibility to meet your personal needs including recovering from illness, family obligations, and enjoying time away from work. Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday time are provided in these situations for eligible associates. A full-time associate will accrue 18 days of PTO during their first year.

Flexible schedules and hybrid work arrangements are available by business unit according to business and client needs.

Giving Back

At FVSBank, we love to volunteer and give back to our communities! All active associates are eligible for paid time off to volunteer at the non-profit organization of their choice. There are also many FVSBank-sponsored events and activities associates are invited to participate in.
