 (Fond du Lac, WI) –  FVSBank announces the retirement of Ellen Mielke, our esteemed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, after an incredible 35 years of dedicated service. Ellen has been an integral part of the FVSBank team since 1990, and her hard work, leadership, and commitment have played a vital role in the organization’s growth and success.

Throughout her career, Ellen has guided FVSBank’s financial strategy with precision and integrity, ensuring our continued stability and profitability. Her extensive experience in the banking industry, coupled with her exceptional leadership skills, has been invaluable to our team and our customers.

Ellen’s journey at FVSBank is a testament to her perseverance and passion. Starting as a part-time Accounting Clerk in 1990, she advanced through numerous roles, ultimately earning the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Her leadership has shaped our financial operations and strengthened our cultural vision.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ellen has been deeply committed to the Fond du Lac community, serving as a board member and treasurer for the Volunteer Center of Fond du Lac County and the Fond du Lac Community Theater, as well as contributing to various local organizations.
