Jason Mayer Promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jason Mayer has been promoted to Senior Vice Presidetn and Chief Financial Officer. Jason joined FVSBank in November of 2019, as Controller and has played a pivotal role in strengthening our financial operations. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Jason brings extensive experience with a strong educational background. His leadership and strategic vision will continue to drive financial excellence across the organization.

Dana Melichar Promoted to Assistant Vice President and Controller

Dana Melichar has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Controller. Dana began her career with FVSBank in July of 2025, as a Senior Staff Accountant. With 25 years of experience in various accounting roles, Dana’s depth of knowledge and proven track record make her an invaluable asset to our leadership team.
