Do I need to endorse my check?
Yes. Sign the back of your check and include:
“For Mobile Deposit Only at FVSBank”
Failure to properly endorse the check may delay processing.

When will my deposit be available?
Deposits are generally processed same day, in accordance with FVSBank’s funds availability policy. Some deposits may be subject to review or extended holds.

What shoudl I do with my check after I deposit it?
Keep the original check in a secure place until the deposit has been confirmed and the funds are available. After confirmation, write “Deposited” on the check and securely destroy it after a reasonable retention period.

- the amount entered does not match the check
- the check is not properly endorsed
